While in Nebbi District on Sunday where he graced a thanksgiving celebration for Honorable minister Nyamutoro,the president heaped praises on the young minister.
State minister for energy and mineral development, Hon Phiona Nyamutoro organized a thanksgiving ceremony in her home District Nebbi on the 4th of August.
The function was graced by President Yoweri Museveni,dignitaries from Northern Uganda, religious leaders,and NRM party members.
In his speech at the function,the president praised the young minister for being hardworking, consistent ,wise,and dedicated.
He also encouraged love for one another despite political ideology differences .
The president also launched the new 132 kV line in the West Nile to support industrial growth,and also encouraged building of an industrial park near the power line.
Nyamutoro who was in the company of her fiancé Ediriisa Musuuza alias Eddy Kenzo, brought an uproar in the audience when she asked for permission from President Museveni to thank her husband for loving her.
