NUP member Noah Mitala, also known as Noah Mutwe, and police officer Afande Twiine Charles have been charged with nearly 10 offenses. These include misuse of a computer, attempting to harm the country’s leader, inciting violence among protesters, spreading false information, defaming the army commander, the Speaker of Parliament, and the deputy speaker, as well as promoting hatred and other related charges.
