Yesterday, 23 year old Natasha Nyonyozi won the crown for the miss Uganda beauty pageant 2024/25.
Nyonyozi gracefully took the crown from Ms Hannah Karema Tumukunde,with Sureya Umeimah from Eastern Uganda as 1st runner up,and Joan Nabatanzi from Central Uganda as 2nd runner up.
After she had been announced Queen, the crown for seconds got stuck on the previous queen’s head while she was giving it to the Kabale born current miss Uganda.
A week ago ,there had been claims by a contestant from Northern Uganda ,a one Lourine Adyero who said that they had to bribe their way to victory.
