The leader of opposition, Joel Ssenyonyi has today withdrawn the civil lawsuit against YouTuber Dean Lubowa Saava.
Through Benjamin Katana and George Musisi’s law firm, PACE advocates, Ssenyonyi filed his civil lawsuit against Lubowa on the civil division of the High Court earlier this month.
Lubowa was served after slandering Ssenyonyi that he had taken a bribe of billions of shillings from Civil Aviation Authority officers,while serving as a leader of the COSASE Committee.
However, today under unknown circumstances Ssenyonyi has withdrawn the case against Lubowa.
