Two traffic officers and a truck driver have been charged and remanded to Luzira prisons until May 5 over extorting a Congolese national.
The suspects identified as Patrick Bulamu Mugeni (38), Joel Tsibuhirwa(35) and Geoffrey Wabwire(34) have appeared before the chief magistrate Ronald Kayizzi at Buganda road court where they pleaded not guilty.
