A section of traders in Kampala down town closed their shops today following the reschedule for a meeting with President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
The meeting which had been scheduled for the 31st of this month to discuss the matter of the Electrical Fiscal Receipting and Invoiving Solutions (EFRIS) tax policy, was today rescheduled for another day.
However, a section of traders in down town Kampala closed their shops saying that the meeting was postponed under confusing circumstances.
