Alfonse Owiny-Dollo the Chief Justice has warned the defense and State lawyers not to employ any delaying plans for the trial of two Opposition Members of Parliament, – Honorable Muhammad Ssegirinya (the Kawempe North MP) and Honorable Allan Ssewanyana, MP Makindye West.

The law makers, who have been on remand for over a year, are accused of being behind the wave of murders by machete-wielding gangs in Masaka sub-region about two years ago.
