The inciting violence case against Hon. Muhammad Ssegirinya has been dismissed this morning by the Court at Buganda Road Chief Magistrates Court.
The Magistrate ruled that there was no evidence produced to prove that Hon. Ssegirinya committed the offence charged.
It should be noted that the legislature was granted with a bail by the Grade One Magistrate last year on the same charge, but he wasn’t freed since he was still battling with murder charges.
